Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway

First trains of the 2009 season: 1st April

The Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway runs steam trains along the 7-mile line through the beautiful Devon countryside, and passengers can enjoy breathtaking views of the coastline as far as Churston, after which the line passes along the lush wooded slopes of the Dart Valley. The authentically-restored period carriages and locomotives add to the charming atmosphere of days gone by.
